Divers Incorporated is seeking individuals for full time
positions as Assistant Managers, and Manager Trainees
who are interested in learning our industry and developing their career.
This position offers an incredible management training opportunity, training in
diving related subjects, and the fun of working at Divers Incorporated.
This is a full time position although for scheduling can be flexible to
accommodate school schedules. We are looking to develop store managers for
future expansion of other Divers Incorporated Locations.
Candidates who demonstrate effective management skills and experience in
successfully driving sales in a retail organization will have an opportunity to

Duties of a Manager
Trainee include:
- Training store associates and driving sales of diving
equipment
-
Customer Service
-
Visual Merchandising
-
Inventory Control
- Loss
Prevention
-
Shipping/receiving
-
Continuously develop phone skills, sales techniques and customer service
skills in yourself and your associates.
- Explain to
customers the Dive Training
process and assist them in learning more about local diving opportunities.

Promote Divers Incorporated trips and special events
-
Maintain good communication skills, friendly personality, professional
appearance and positive attitude in every interaction with the customers all
of the time.
- Manage store operations, cleaning, setting up rental
equipment for classes.
- Stock shelves and process orders
- Learn about diving and
the underwater world
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Certified Scuba Diver or the desire to become a PADI
Open Water Diver
- Good
communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability and schedule availability to be able to work 30
hours per week minimum

Ability to travel with overnight travel as needed
