Favorite Dive Ever: Maybe it was a Resort Dive I did in Cancun where I saw a nurse shark (@ 3 feet), went nose-to-nose with a lobster, and watched the rays “fly” - my first real dive. Or maybe diving the Capt. Tony in FL and seeing my first barracuda up close. I’m not sure – a new one comes frequently! Join me and we’ll see.

Favorite Local Dive: Portage Quarry – the fish on the silo, diving the “wrecks”, just practicing new skills!...Although, having a “free-flow” reg at 100’ in Gilboa’s 38o water made that one interesting

Favorite Great Lake Shipwreck:

The Mary Alice B; although, “drift diving” the Regina was a trip too!

What they would like you to know about them:  II spent the first 30+ years of my adult life above ground and in the Army (Active Duty, Reserves, and National Guard); now, it’s time to get to know the water. It took 29 years for me to finish my Open Water Cert (I think that’s some sort of record) and, now that I have, I’m going to make the most of it. I’ll dive with anyone - once. ;-) I try to be a good dive buddy (and expect the same) and try to learn something on each dive.
